New Update.

Hello everyone out there in the computer world. I have finally made around to update. So here it is in all its glory.

What’s new at the Wagner Household? Well I am now gallbladder free. I had my gallbladder removed this week on Wednesday. It has been all right for the most part nothing too exciting. It was a simply procedure and I will be back to work on Tuesday. YEAH RAH! Of course I can’t lift anything over 20 lbs. so taking pictures of kids should be quite interesting.

Lehna is now cruising and starting to take steps away from furniture, nothing huge yet but starting to she is also starting to let go of the furniture to do long periods of standing unassisted. You can also get her to walk if you hold her hands she will walk freely around the room with hands held. She is also starting a new diet of table food. This is quite the challenge let me tell you. First of this kids is like texture sensitive so anything squishy or slimily she REFUSES to put it in her mouth so she won’t eat like mashed up carrots or pears or ANYTHING slimy. So other then crackers we are struggling getting her to eat anything else. Of course at daycare they can get her to eat ANYTHING I swear give Penny a jar of dirt and she could get Lehna to eat it! It’s frustrating for me b/c I of course want her to eat different things and when I know she’s eating them at daycare makes me feel disappointed in myself. I know I know it has NOTHING to do with me but it’s still a let down. She is on kind of a deadline she has until the end of February to be eating table food b/c at the end of February she will be moved over to the one-year-old room. Soooooo we are trying little bits at a time. Penny assures me we have PLENTY of time but I don’t know at home Lehna will force herself to throw up before eating pieces of banana or carrot… Man parenthood is GREAT!

Speaking of parenthood which I sure most of you know but I’m the last to mention but JACKIE AND MARCUS ARE GOING TO HAVE A BABY! I know you know already but I’m still excited about it! Jackie is throwing up constantly and Marcus is having flashes of “oh my what are we going to do” but I still think it’s GREAT news regardless! Jackie and Marcus will be EXCELLENT parents and I am very happy for them so CONGRADULATIONS GUYS! They have taken Lehna before on some weekends so they do have some experience with watching a baby, but nothing is ever like your own children. I can’t wait to find out if it’s a boy or a girl I know that they are both working on names so that will be exciting when the little bundle has a name to identify them by. Of course they probably won’t “decide” until the moment the baby arrives but you never know. It will be great so it will be another baby shower to plan and throw YEAH I LOVE PLANNING PARTIES! It will be fun I can’t wait!

I have had Lehna’s picture taken like 3 times this last two months and I don’t have a scanner to scan the pictures to put up for the world to see… so I suck. I’ll have to talk to Aunt Jackie about it so see if maybe I can work out a deal with her! I was only planning on getting her pictures taken at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months but I have had coupons and all kinds of deals so I have taken her more times then that to get her pictures done. Of course our walls are starting to resemble Lehna Wall paper but who cares right?

Work life is of course wonderful… LOL well it’s work right? It’s defiantly not what I expected but you know you always have to try before really finding out what it’s like. I have been the acting “manager” for 3 weeks since my manager is out of town she comes back on Wednesday and I have to say I’m kind of not looking forward to her coming back it was kind of nice being in charge and not having anyone to answer to well besides my DM and I didn’t do anything “bad” for her to question my actions to and our “new” manager will start in February so it will literally be just a handing over of the torch. I have talked to our new manager on the phone a couple of times and she seems nice so that makes me happy. OF course I’m still on the look for something else. I swear I’ll never be happy. I have interviewed with a company and they REALLY liked me the interviewer even said to me “I really like you and I want to proceed to the next step b/c I think you’ll fit in well here” so that’s a positive right? Of course it’s still RETAIL which sucks but hey it WILL be closer to home and I’m okay with that. I really need a job closer to home. This driving stuff is for the birds.

Tait is kind of to the brinking point with his job and the drive. I feel really bad for him and he sometimes questions whether he wants to stay in his field. I really thought the change of atmosphere would really help him but unfortunately it hasn’t. So we’ll see. He is giving it more time so we’ll see what happens he’s hoping that one of his old coworkers will get hired in to his office by March and I think that will REALLY help him b/c I think he misses that sense of “friendship” which is kind of important in his position.

So that’s all the news and info from the Wagner household I know it’s boring but hey what did you expect the circus? I know it feels like the circus around her sometimes but… you can’t get entertainment EVERYTIME… Seriously selfish!
